Question: Our bank does not require an environmental impact study on a remodel/refinance project but our denomination does. Can you explain that?
Answer: The denomination is simply complying with EPA and Federal laws. It is not a banking or refinance requirement. This is a construction requirement related to the remodel project. It would be required for asbestos determination and documentation.
